DJ Mic Smith features Kwesi Arthur on ‘Yenkor’
DJ Mic Smith has premiered his much anticipated record with BET Awards nominee Kwesi Arthur.
Mic Smith is currently enjoying all the positive reviews by music lovers and critics across the country for his earlier efforts which include ‘Olele’, ‘Blessings’ and ‘Hello’.
For the past decade, Mic Smith, known in real life as Michael Owusu-Smith, has demonstrated a monstrous mastery of his craft. His flawless control of the turntables has endeared him to the hearts of many in Ghana and across the shores of the country.
Also referred to as ‘The Shutdown King’, Mic Smith is also head of his Shutdown Empire label. He holds a number of awards and has been associated with top Ghanaian acts including EL, Stonebwoy, MzVee, Reggie Rockstone, Trigmatic, Stargo, C-real, and Gemini.

Kwesi Slay drops new song 'Seven' featuring Kwesi Arthur
One of the rulers of the new skull, hiphop and hip life genre, Kwesi Slay, is one of the very best young rappers to emerge from the hoods of Ashiaman a suburb of Accra.The Kwesi Arthur look-alike has been doing his very best to hit the major limelight, and it looks like his dreams are about to finally be realised.
Born Kwesi Appiah and known in showbiz as Kwesi Slay, this hard-working young lad has been able to produce some exsisting songs which gained massive airplay. Songs like streetways which features Ashiamans very own Sariki, the leader of the Oyege Movement., Wedi bet which features Yaa Pono and many others.
Slay who is is signed to Slay Records and being managed by industry great Nana Poku Ashis and Aisha Aryeteey has released a wicked trap joint which features BET nominee Kwesi Arthur.
